We really had the best holiday, and it was thanks to Phoebe's place, which was newly refurbished. We couldn’t have asked for more. It had absolutely everything we needed and was located in the most peaceful and quiet area just outside Kalamaki. The small supermarket and coffee house were just a very short walk away. Based on our accommodation feedback, we loved it so much that we have already booked again for next year. It's no wonder we found such positive guest reviews and holiday rental reviews about this place!

Basically everything was amazing. I don't know where to start. The area where the villa is located is surrounded by quiet olive groves. The outdoor area with the pools is fantastic, and the pools are cleaned daily. The house has everything down to the last detail; I was impressed that it had all the essentials from shampoo and coffee to sunscreen. The layout of the space, especially on the lower level, was very nice, but the best part was the balcony overlooking the pool. Easy parking is available in a specially designed outdoor area. I left the most important thing for last, which is cleanliness at 10/10. We like to walk, so the location being between 10-15 minutes walk to an abundance of bars and restaurants was perfect for us. This property truly met our needs, and based on our positive accommodation feedback, we can confidently say we would stay here again. We stayed for 6 weeks, and we could not have improved on the property location and facilities. It’s no wonder this property has such great guest reviews and holiday rental reviews.

Everything was wonderful during our stay. The complex is situated in a quiet area, very close to the town of Zakynthos and the beautiful beach of Kalamaki - Laganas. The photos matched reality perfectly, which is always a plus in accommodation feedback. The owner provided very informative instructions for finding the complex and retrieving the keys; however, a sign for either the accommodation or the 'Kalamaki court' complex would be helpful. The property offers everything needed for a comfortable and carefree stay, which we noted in our guest reviews. We swam in the pool and enjoyed our drinks while relaxing by it in the evening. It was probably the best vacation we've ever had. More than you can imagine! This super host offers a quiet location and an extremely comfortable, spacious apartment. The attention to detail in this holiday rental is overwhelming, as reflected in the positive accommodation feedback from previous guests. You'll find cold drinks in the fridge, a coffee and espresso machine, detergents, and all the necessary supplies in the bathroom and kitchen. The comfortable terrace furniture, modern accessories like Apple TV and Netflix, chargers at every step, and even Alexa from Amazon truly go way beyond expectations, as highlighted in numerous guest reviews.

Just back from an 11 night stay at Phoebe's Place, at Kalamaki Court Villas. We've stayed at Kalamaki Court on many occasions, and can easily say Phoebe's Place is the nicest villa on the complex. It really felt like a home from home, and they have thought of everything to make you feel comfortable. This is why we believe it deserves great accommodation feedback. Can't recommend this place enough! In our guest reviews, we found Craig to be an excellent host. He was always quick to respond to any questions and was very flexible with our entry and leaving times, which was fantastic as we have a 4-year-old. We will definitely come back. It was an incredibly beautiful place and very clean, and the help from the staff was incredibly good to assist us with everything. This holiday rental had two toilets, two rooms, a lovely little living room, a kitchen, and a swimming pool, making it the perfect accommodation for a carefree holiday! I highly recommend it based on my positive accommodation feedback. I'll definitely go back; there was nothing wrong with it. It exceeded my expectations!
